3) Clarity about where our business is heading and what techniques are required to grow the Business e.g. Spice Night.

4) Production of our Business Video.

5) Staff Training Manual.

6) Staff Recruitment Procedure.

7) Putting systems in place in the various departments.

8) Using technology to speed up our systems.

9) Through Team Work, achieving more.

Since we put the above in place we are surprised that by some miracle the business has grown 30% in the past 12 months.
